LIBRARY DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
2013 – 2016 (MERGED) LIBRARY DEVELOPMENT INTERVENTION
The total allocations for the years 2013 – 2016 (merged) Library Development Intervention was N165, 000, 000. These allocations was utilised to turn around the face of the College Library, the Liman Ciroma Memorial Library. Various titles of textbooks, journals and reference materials were procured under the intervention. This is in addition to the procurement of Library Equipment and facilities, and ICT Equipment, which included 400 Banquet Chairs, 100 (4 in 1) Reading Carrels, 20 double sided Pure Metallic Book Shelves, 10 single sided Pure Metallic Book Shelves, 80 HP Desktop Computer Systems, Projectors, Printers and Photocopiers, among others.
This intervention, as attested by the majority of the Library users has impacted so much on the resuscitation of the Library.
2011 – 2012 (MERGED) LIBRARY DEVELOPMENT INTERVENTION
The interventions for the year 2011 and 2012 Library Development were merged, which gave a total allocation of N30m. The allocation was utilised for the procurement of Library Books/Journals, Library Equipment and Electronic Digital Lending Machine Components.
